With the album "A Warrior's Way", Evilon delved deeper into the swamp of beautiful folk melodies of old while still maintaining those aggressive, yet melodic, Melodic Death Metal riffs that have come to represent the scandinavian metal scene.

Evilon has been compared to bands like Amon Amarth, Ensiferum, Nightwish, Wintersun, Amorphis, Grimner, In Flames etc.
